Vintage Coffee and Beverages is expanding its market footprint with the development of a 5,500 TPA freeze-dried coffee plant at the Panatella Food Processing Zone (TSFPZ). With land successfully allotted by TGIIC and advance payments placed for critical machinery, project execution is underway. This strategic expansion will increase the company’s total manufacturing capacity by 50%, scaling from 11,000 MTPA to 16,500 MTPA.
Further strengthening its corporate structure, the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) sanctioned the amalgamation of Vintage Coffee Private and Delecto Foods into Vintage Coffee and Beverages (effective July 21, 2026). The consolidated entity expects to unlock operational synergies, capitalize on economies of scale, and deliver sustainable value to shareholders.
